The role blends technical support, project work and operational duties to improve network performance across a wide territory. The successful candidate will have RAN, 5G NR and wireless backhaul knowledge, with the ability to work independently, manage small projects, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; required.
• 2–4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to stay current on systems and products.
• Develop yourself through ongoing learning to grow skills and alignment with company values.
