Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support a broad Tennessee-area footprint including Millington, Atoka, Ripley and surround rural markets. The role blends technical support, project coordination, and field operations to maintain and improve network performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in field operations or wireless telecom, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of RF, RAN, backhaul, 5G NR, and base-station maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
