Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician to support network operations across north-central Missouri to northeast Kansas. The role involves applying technical knowledge to maintain network performance and reliability, manage projects, and contribute to process improvements.

Relocation or local living in the area is encouraged. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in field operations or wireless telecommunications, a relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in 5G NR, radio access

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
