Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to support the Denver metropolitan network by maintaining performance and reliability across multiple cell sites.

You will apply knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services and location-based services while working with a team to improve processes. The role requires independence, project involvement, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced telecommunications environment with day/night shifts and on-call

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications experience or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outage resolution.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to stay current on systems and products.
• Grow skills through continuous learning and training.
