Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a skilled Technician to support network operations across north-central Missouri to northeast Kansas. The role emphasizes 5G NR, base stations, RAN, and disaster recovery expertise to maintain performance and reliability.

Live in or relocate to the local area to begin. You will handle technical support, manage small projects, and drive process improvements while collaborating with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires 5G NR, Base Station, and RAN knowledge.
• Experience in Network Troubleshooting and Disaster Recovery preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; vocational training acceptable in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
