Job summary

T-Mobile in Missouri is seeking a Network Technician to support sites in the north-central region and nearby Kansas. The role involves maintaining network performance, providing technical assistance, and managing small projects to enhance reliability for customers.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in Field Operations or wireless telecom, and knowledge of 5G NR, RAN, backhaul, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience (Required)
• 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
