Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support the Denver market, including Aurora. You’ll maintain and improve network performance, handle outages, and contribute to process improvements. The role blends technical support, project work, and field operations for a wide site area.

Ideal candidates have a solid RF, RAN, and wireless backhaul background, with 2–4 years in field operations. Flexibility for day/night shifts and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical training accepted.
• 2–4 years in Field Operations or maintenance.
• 2–4 years in wireless telecommunications or related field.
• Strong knowledge of RF, antennas, backhaul, and RAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and documentation with seniors.
• Complete training to stay current on systems, products, and standards.
• Grow skills through ongoing learning aligned with company values.
