Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support Denver Metro area network operations, covering Aurora and surrounding sites. The role combines technical support, project management, and operational assistance to maintain performance and reliability across radio access networks and backhaul.

You will work independently within a team, handle multiple tasks, stay current with systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years working in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Develop yourself through continuous learning to stay current on systems and products and grow skills.
