This role focuses on maintaining network performance, troubleshooting, and supporting improvements in the market. The position requires hands-on ability, independent work, and knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, and power systems, with a readiness for travel and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, field experience welcomed.
• 2–4 years in field operations or related technical roles.
• 2–4 years in wireless telecommunications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network performance issues and support outage resolution.
• Execute and support key projects with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Develop documentation, job aids, and procedures to improve operations.
• Stay current with evolving technologies, systems and standards.
