Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support Central and Western Nebraska, covering a broad territory from Columbus to Scotts Bluff and Valentine to McCook. The role blends technical support, project management, and operational support, requiring RF, RAN, backhaul, and 5G NR expertise to improve network reliability.

Responsibilities include outage resolution, project updates, process improvements, and ongoing training to stay current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems and standards.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training to stay current on systems and products.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
