Qualifications

• Must have good driving record and valid driver's license in the state of application.
• Ability to learn RF, digital, and Volt-Ohm meters to interpret data and troubleshoot.
• Flexibility for overtime and on-call work.
• Problemsolving with customers and clear communication.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install services in residential and commercial properties.
• Complete repairs and relocate equipment as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot signals and performance issues.
• Ensure proper upstream/downstream signal levels at terminations.
• Educate customers on equipment use and possible upgrades.
