Job summary

Cable One, Inc. (Sparklight) is seeking a Field Technician to install services in homes and businesses, perform repairs, and relocate equipment. You will use RF and Volt-Ohm meters with online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and ensure proper signal levels from customer's equipment to the first distribution amplifier.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and willingness to work overtime or on-call. Training is provided; prior customer service experience helps.

Qualifications

• Good driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn RF, digital, and volt-ohm meters.
• Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
• 3+ months of customer service or related experience/training.
• Lift up to 100 lbs, climb a ladder, work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Install services in residential and commercial properties.
• Complete repairs and relocate equipment.
• Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and ensure proper signal levels.
• Educate customers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Take on related duties to support company goals.
