Job summary

Cable One, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to install and service customer drops and outlets in residential and business properties. You will train with mentorship across Sparklight and use diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair reception issues, ensuring proper signal levels.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and at least 3 months of customer service. You may lift up to 80 lbs, work overtime, and join a team that values health, growth, and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of customer service or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers by installing service drops or outlets in homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot with electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools to fix issues.
• Ensure proper upstream/downstream signal levels at customer premises.
• Suggest service upgrades and educate customers on equipment.
• Perform other duties to support company goals and values.
