Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Field Technician to support the NH regions with on-site software upgrades for diagnostic analyzers at healthcare sites. The role requires travel to Southern NH, Seacoast/Central NH, and Upper Valley/North NH, and entails documenting inventory and site details while maintaining project records.

The ideal candidate will have field service or biomedical equipment experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while traveling between customer

Qualifications

• Travel to NH customer sites to perform scheduled software upgrades on diagnostic analyzers
• Execute USB software upgrades and verify analyzer functionality
• Document equipment inventory and site details
• Complete site surveys and capture site photos when permitted
• Maintain project documentation and reports after each visit
• Communicate status and feedback to project leadership
• Adhere to site policies and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Travel to healthcare customer locations across NH regions to perform upgrades
• Perform USB upgrades and verify proper functionality
• Document inventory and customer site details
