Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide maintenance and repair services across our North Massachusetts / South New Hampshire territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service complex equipment following manufacturer instructions and use of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic knowledge.

The role requires an Associate's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of field service or maintenance experience in medical/life science devices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• 3+ years field-based technical service or maintenance/repair experience, ideally in medical/life science devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair and technical support within the service territory.
• Perform preventive maintenance and follow established procedures using proper tools and parts.
• Assist sales with marketing Getinge equipment and contribute to contract renewals.
