Qualifications
- Travel to multiple NH customer sites for scheduled software upgrades.
- Accurate documentation of equipment inventory and site details.
- Experience with diagnostic devices or healthcare tech preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Travel to healthcare customer locations across NH to perform scheduled software upgrade activities.
- Execute USB software upgrades on designated diagnostic analyzers and verify installation and proper functionality.
- Collect and document equipment inventory information and customer site details, including primary point of contact and customer feedback.
- Complete electronic site surveys and capture site photographs when permitted.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and submit required reports after each customer visit.
- Communicate project status, issues, and customer feedback to project leadership and coordinators.
- Adhere to all customer site policies, safety protocols, and project procedures.
