Job summary

VERO Biotech seeks a Field Operations Technician to support nitric oxide delivery systems in clinical environments. You will travel to hospital sites, troubleshoot devices, and ensure continuous patient care by minimizing downtime.

Reporting to an off-site manager, you will manage on-site service, onboarding of new customers, and logistics for device repairs and replenishments, while maintaining regulatory documentation and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/technical degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of equipment repair experience; CBET certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer-facing role; strong written communication.
• Good driving record and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites up to 75% of the time to service nitric oxide delivery devices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical devices per GDP and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate device deployments, orders, and inventory to minimize downtime.
• On-site customer service and onboarding for new customers; document maintenance logs.
• Communicate with Respiratory Specialists and partners; ensure regulatory compliance.
