Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, especially with the elderly.

• Preferred: degree in healthcare/tech or related field.
• Familiarity with medical devices or telehealth platforms.
• Basic technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to healthcare facilities across New Jersey for on-site support.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical devices.
• Support telehealth visits between patients and remote staff.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for the elderly.
• Keep detailed records of visits, installations, and interactions.
• Collaborate with the medical support team to resolve issues.
• Report to the Regional Manager with regular field updates.
