Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Field Service Technician to service customers in the North Massachusetts / South New Hampshire territory. You will diagnose and repair equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support sales through in-services and leads.

Role requires 3+ years in field service, electronics/EM/biomedical training, and a valid driver's license. Expect travel, safety compliance, and collaboration with service and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or military-equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 3+ years field-based technical service or repair experience.
• Experience with medical/life science devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair and technical support.
• Perform preventative maintenance following procedures and using proper tools.
• Assist sales with in-services and leads; support contract renewals.
• Maintain safety, complete reports, and meet KPI targets.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians as needed.
