Job summary

VERO Biotech is seeking a Field Operations Technician to support the deployment and maintenance of nitric oxide delivery devices across clinical environments. You will troubleshoot on-site, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate device deliveries and replacements to minimize customer downtime.

This role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of equipment repair experience; CBET certification preferred.
• Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair nitric oxide delivery devices at customer sites.
• Go on-site to troubleshoot device issues and provide critical customer service support.
• Coordinate device maintenance, replenishments, and replacements to minimize downtime.
• Maintain device documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel to customer sites up to 75% with occasional overnight stays.
