Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. through Keefe Group is seeking a Field Support Technician responsible for traveling to customer sites and repairing proprietary equipment such as kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and networking gear inside correctional facilities.

You will work with the Service Desk to troubleshoot incidents, perform preventative maintenance, and support remote repairs. The role requires strong network knowledge, ability to read technical materials, and excellent communication with customers and

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with groups of managers and customers.
• Strong mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, repair and replace kiosks, PCs, vending machines and networking gear at correctional facilities.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and regional staff for maintenance and issue resolution.
• Travel to customer locations within the service area using a company vehicle.
• Update Work Order with travel time, notes and resolutions.
• Support ongoing equipment learning and participate in hands-on training as needed.
