Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Support Technician to travel to customer sites and repair proprietary equipment, including kiosks and networking gear, within the service area.

The role emphasizes strong communication with the Service Desk, staff, and customers while ensuring timely repairs and documentation. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent, solid reading/comprehension skills, and a willingness to travel, including occasional training trips to Saint Louis.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 6–12 months related experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel within service area and beyond

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to repair equipment
• Diagnose and repair kiosks, PCs, vending machines, and networking gear
• Coordinate with Service Desk on preventive maintenance
• Update Work Orders with travel time and resolutions
• Travel to Saint Louis for hands-on training
• Maintain professional relationships with facility staff
