Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician to perform field installation, service work, and maintenance of cable television, internet, and telephony systems. You’ll work on Hybrid Fiber Coax and Fiber to the Home networks to ensure service quality and FCC compliance.

Key duties include installing and repairing services, performing preventative maintenance, reading maps, and documenting work orders. The role demands customer-facing skills and safe operation of field equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Core Technician skillsets and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime or on-call as needed.
• Experience with customer service and field service environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and business cable TV, internet, and telephony services.
• Perform routine maintenance on HFC and FTTH networks and test with standard equipment.
• Read design maps, identify ingress, and perform end-to-end network testing.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and accurate work orders; coordinate with dispatch and customers.
