Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician to perform field installation and service work on cable television, internet, and telephony systems across residential and business sites.

The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance to ensure service quality, with compliance to FCC requirements and company standards. Training will cover HFC/FTTH networks and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot television, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Read and accurately interpret system/network design maps.
• Install and replace HFC components to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps accurately.
• Install and replace HFC components such as coax, actives, passives, grounding, pedestals, and conduits as specified.
• Test network components with meters, OTDR, and other equipment.
• Maintain tools/inventory and complete work orders promptly.
• Operate company vehicle safely between locations and coordinate with dispatch.
