Breezeline in Cleveland is seeking a Customer and Network Technician to perform field installation and service work across cable TV, internet, and telephony systems. This role entails troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HFC and FTTH networks to uphold service quality and FCC standards.

Under general supervision, you will engage in customer interactions, drive efficient problem resolution, and contribute to safety and performance improvements.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot television, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repair of the HFC and FTTH networks, including all associated equipment, in accordance with company engineering standards.
• Read and accurately interpret system/network design maps.
• Install and replace HFC physical plant network components according to technical specifications.
• Identify and repair upstream and downstream ingress.
• Complete end-of-line network testing to meet technical specifications.
