Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician to perform field installation, service work, and maintenance across cable TV, internet, and telephony systems. You will work on Hybrid Fiber Coax and FTTH networks, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with FCC requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, customer communication, and efficient problem resolution, with opportunities to learn cutting‑edge technologies and advance within Breezeline’s expanding operations.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct customer service experience.
• Experience reading safety rules and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to work day shifts, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot TV, internet, and telephony services for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HFC and FTTH networks.
• Read and interpret system and network design maps.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Document work orders and maintain inventory and vehicle readiness.
