Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct customer service experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot TV, internet, and voice systems for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HFC and FTTH networks per standards.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps.
