Qualifications

• Minimum core technician skills and field service ability.

• PC and Windows software proficiency for ticketing and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cable TV, internet, and telephony services for residential and business customers.
• Read and interpret system maps; perform end-to-end testing and diagnostics.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and records; ensure safety and compliance.
