Job summary

Breezeline in Leonardtown, MD is seeking a Customer and Network Facing Technician to perform field installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of cable TV, internet, and telephony services. You’ll work on HFC and FTTH networks and ensure FCC compliance and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining services for residential and business clients, reading design maps, and using test equipment to verify performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Demonstrated proficiency in Core Technician skillsets.
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Minimum of one year of direct customer service experience.
• Post‑high school education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, disconnect, and troubleshoot television, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation systems for residential and business clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair of the HFC and FTTH networks.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps and install/repair components as specified.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic distribution problems and restore system service outages.
