Qualifications

• Minimum state driver's license and good driving record.
• 3+ years of field technician experience in telecom or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret system maps and schematics.
• Strong safety and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot TV, Internet, and telephony services for customers.
• Perform network testing and maintenance on HFC/FTTH systems.
• Schedule and complete work orders with accurate documentation.
• Ensure safety procedures and FCC compliance.
