Breezeline is hiring a Customer and Network Facing Technician in Cleveland. You will perform field installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cable TV, internet, and telephony services across HFC and FTTH networks.

Role requires strong customer service, technical aptitude, and the ability to work with dispatch and field equipment. Regular 40-hour work weeks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret system maps.
• PC and Windows software skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot TV, internet, and telephony services.
• Read and interpret system/maps and design layouts.
• Repair HFC/FTTH infrastructure per specifications and safety rules.
