Job summary

T-Mobile is searching for an impactful Field Technician in the Greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area to join us in taking the next big leap forward!

You should possess a balance of wireless industry exposure, coupled with the ability to be independent and cover a wide area of sites in our market. You will be a generalist, encompassing aspects of technical support, project management, and operational support while being a responsible teammate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years in Field Operations and wireless experience.
• Knowledge of radio access networks and backhaul is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages.
• Manage small projects and provide status updates.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for maintenance and repair activities.
• Create job aids and documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to stay current with systems and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
