Job summary

T-Mobile will hire a Technician to support network operations in the San Francisco area. The role requires strong knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services.

You will maintain performance and reliability while contributing to process improvements and project work. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 2–4 years in field operations and wireless

Continuous Development (Required).
Disaster Recovery Planning (Required).
Network Troubleshooting (Required).
Project Management (Required).
Radio Access Networks (RAN) (Required).
Technical Support (Required).
Wireless Backhaul (Required).
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
