Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Technician to cover sites in Elkhart toward Angola and the surrounding area.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving network performance and reliability, providing technical assistance, managing smaller projects, and contributing to operational process improvements, impacting service quality for customers. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-4 years in field operations or wireless telecoms, and strong knowledge of 5G NR, RAN, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred).
2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
