Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Network Technician to support operations across Lafayette, Kokomo, Logansport and nearby areas. You will maintain and improve network performance, handle technical issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Travel is required for site coverage and relocation may be considered. The role emphasizes knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, with emphasis on reliable service and timely updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance. (Preferred)
2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
