Job summary

T-Mobile technician role covering Elkhart east toward Angola and surrounding area. Focus on supporting network operations, applying technical knowledge to maintain performance and reliability, and managing small projects with timely updates.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2–4 years in field ops or wireless telecom. Travel required; DOT-regulated position with strong emphasis on RAN and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent required.
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
