Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Technician to support network operations across Lafayette, Kokomo, Logansport and nearby areas. The role requires knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, focusing on maintaining network performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing small projects, creating job aids and documentation, and completing required training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Vocational/Technical Training or related field preferred.
2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (preferred).
2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
