Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Wireless Network Technician to support sites in Clovis, NM and nearby areas. You will maintain and improve network performance, assist with projects, and help implement operational improvements while ensuring service quality for customers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of telecom field operations experience, and strong knowledge of RAN, backhaul, and signaling. Travel is required, and the position is DOT regulated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
