Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician to support sites in Clovis, NM and surrounding areas. You will apply technical knowledge to maintain network performance, manage small projects, and help improve processes while ensuring service reliability for customers.

Must have a related degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years in field operations and wireless telecom. Role emphasizes hands-on technical support, collaboration with senior technicians, and adherence to safety and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or related experience (Preferred).
• 5G NR, Base Station, RAN, Disaster Recovery Planning, Network Troubleshooting, Project Management, Wireless Backhaul (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
