T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Technician in Clovis, NM area to maintain and improve network performance. You will support radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, and disaster recovery while liaising with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Preferred fields include Vocational/Technical Training.
• 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred).
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
