Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician in San Francisco to support network operations, applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve performance. The role includes project work, process improvements, and collaboration with senior technicians.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years in field operations, wireless telecom, and strong knowledge of radio access networks and wireless backhaul. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5G NR knowledge required.
• Base Station familiarity required.
• Disaster Recovery planning experience preferred.
• Project management experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
