Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an experienced Field Technician to cover a wide area around Millington, Atoka, and Ripley, Tennessee. You will handle technical support, project segments, and process improvements while traveling across North Memphis and rural areas.

The role requires knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, disaster recovery, and 5G NR, with emphasis on reliability and timely updates. Strong communication and self‑motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
