Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an impactful Field Technician to join us in Tennessee, covering Millington, Atoka, Ripley and beyond. You will maintain network performance across a wide area and support radio access networks, backhaul, and 5G NR.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in field operations and wireless telecommunications, plus strong problem solving, project management, and technical support skills. Flexible hours and on-call rotations apply; travel within the market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
Acceptable fields include Vocational/Technical Training (Preferred).
2–4 years - Field Operations and maintenance experience.
2–4 years - Wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair.
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems and standards.
Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
