Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Required).
• 2-4 years in Field Operations or maintenance.
• 2-4 years in Wireless telecommunications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and outages.
• Manage smaller projects and provide status updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for maintenance and repair.
