Job summary

Verizon Communications in Southaven, MS, seeks a dynamic sales professional to identify and close business opportunities across cloud, security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms. You will hunt and grow accounts, consult on tailored solutions, and drive revenue in a mobile, field-based role.

You will manage leads, build executive relationships, and leverage Velocity Selling techniques to enhance efficiency and outcomes. This role requires travel ~50% and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications preferred.
• Two+ years of business-to-business or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads within the territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Consult with customers to identify business challenges and tailor solutions.
• Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Retain and grow the existing customer base.
• Present and create multi-product solution opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce/CRM tools to track progress and opportunities.
