bioMérieux seeks a Field Systems Engineer to service customers across the assigned territory and nationally. The role is remote, with heavy travel including overnight stays and weekend/on-call coverage. Training sessions will be conducted at Durham, NC or St.

Louis, MO within the first year. The candidate will perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs, build customer relationships, and support service revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 6+ years of relevant experience in troubleshooting/repair.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs with appropriate instruments.
• Promote service agreements and identify sales opportunities.
• Travel for training and field visits, including overnight stays as needed.
• Maintain accurate service work orders, QA checklists, and training records.
