bioMerieux Inc. is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to service customers across the assigned territory and nationally. The role involves installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing instruments, with travel both locally and nationally as needed.

The FSE will work remotely, build customer relationships, and promote service agreements to drive revenue while collaborating with service and sales teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of troubleshooting experience or 6+ years with education

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering or related field, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years troubleshooting and/or repair of electro-mechanical/electronic systems in commercial, industrial, or military settings.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs ensuring instruments meet specifications.
• Promote service agreements, identify sales opportunities for cross-functional teams.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
