Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant field experience.
• 2+ years in troubleshooting/repair of electro‑mechanical, electronic, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer needs and perform installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Build trust with customers and identify cross-functional sales opportunities.
• Drive field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment moves.
• Attend product training at Durham, NC or St. Louis, MO offices within the first year.
