Job summary

Ideal candidates have DoD 8140 Level II certs, strong networking skills, and experience with AD, Microsoft 365, STIGs, and ITSM tools. This is a senior field position requiring 50%+ travel.

Qualifications

• DoD 8140 Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND)
• Experience with enterprise hardware platforms and networking technologies
• Ability to interpret engineering documentation, drawings, and installation procedures
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for technical and non-technical users
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel more than 50%
• Ability to travel nationwide deployments

Responsibilities

• Installs, operates, maintains, and modifies equipment at customer sites.
• Performs maintenance and troubleshooting on hardware, subsystems, and software.
• Configures systems and completes programming during installation.
• Provides on-site end-user training on system operation and maintenance.
• Travels frequently to customer sites for field technician duties.
• Tests and trains customers on designated systems and services.
• Resolves technical problems and local configuration issues.
• Reviews system and network configurations for production deployment.
