Job summary

Motion Industries in Ohio is seeking an On-Site Support Specialist to deliver frontline customer service at the client site under limited supervision. The role blends several nonexempt functions and requires spending more than half the time onsite.

You will support activities such as ART, VMI, driving and delivery, crib attendant and storeroom tasks, while collaborating with sales teams to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3-5 years related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic business systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service at the customer site to strengthen relationships.
• May act as a lead/mentor to other employees when needed.
• Performs support functions at the customer location including ART, VMI, driving, delivery, crib attendant, storeroom work and customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
